Cellulase Liquid is a concentrated liquid Acid Cellulase enzyme made from the strain of Trichoderma reesei by submerged liquid fermentation and refined extraction technology.

Cellulase Liquid catalyticly hydrolyzes fibrin and produces oligose and glucose. It is broadly used in industries of textile, distillery, animal feed,  vegetality extraction, food and ect.

Definition of unit1 unit of Cellulase Liquid equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes cellulose to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min. at 50°C and pH4.8.

Function principleCellulase Liquid hydrolyzes 1,4-beta-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans:

Break the non-covalent interactions present in the crystalline structure of cellulose (endo-cellulase) Hydrolyze the individual cellulose fibers to break it into smaller sugars (exo-cellulase)Hydrolyze disaccharides and tetrasaccharides into glucose (beta-glucosidase)

Dosage recommendation0.01-0.05kg of Cellulase Liquid(10,000u/mL) per ton of related material.

Package & storagePacked in 25kg drum or 1,125kg recyclable tote.Store in a cool and dry place; high temperature and direct sunlight should be avoided.

ExpirationCellulase Liquid is stable for 6 months when stored in original unopened package at 4°C- 8°C;  25°C, 6 months, activity remains 90%; 9 months, activity remains ≥85%.
